Ann and I are so sorry to hear of Mr Carls death. My father and he were the best of friends for lifetime. He was there for daddy while he was so sick and helped out as much as he could. They spent many good times on trips to savannah taking onions and stuff to Doyle and family. Just not very many people like them left. I know he and Glenn are talking about delivering ice in reidsville right now! WE WILL MISS BOTH OF THEM! RICHARD AND ANN SMITH

I was saddened to learn of Carl''s death. He was a very caring and generous man, and a joy to know. I worked at Southeastern Stages in the office in the 70''s while Carl was a driver, and enjoyed many lunches and conversations with him, while he waited to go out on his return trips from Atlanta.
I also visited him at home several times when I got back to my hometown, Vidalia.
He is missed, and was highly respected by me.
