Daniel Christopher Dowdy, age 24, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Optim Hospital in Reidsville from injuries sustained in a boating accident. He was born April 21, 1995 in Manassas, Virginia and the family moved to Glennville when he was four months old. Daniel was a 2014 graduate of Tattnall County High School and a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church. Growing up in the south, he loved all things outdoors, including hunting and fishing.
