Judy "Mema" Waters Deloach, age74 passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her loving family and under the care of Georgia Hospice Care. She was born on May 4, 1944 to Reginald and Mildred Rustin Waters. A native of Claxton, she had lived there her entire life. Judy was raised in a Christian home, attending Eastside Baptist Church; that positive upbringing stayed with her and she attended Claxton Church of God.
