April McCoy , age 45, passed away Monday November 16, 2015, at the Dekalb Medical Center in Decatur, GA. The Miami native had lived in Tattnall County since 1999. She was employed with Tattnall 911 as a dispatcher and also Tattnall EMS as an EMT. In her free time she enjoyed spending time at the beach; where the salt air and friendly people boosted her spirits. April is preceded in death by her mother, Gwen McCoy and a brother, Hank McCoy.
She is survived by her daddy, Broxton McCoy of Reidsville; brother, Tim McCoy of Reidsville; several cousins, and a host of friends.
In keeping with April’s wishes memorialization will be by cremation.
Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the McCoy family.
