Barney Oliver, Sr.

Obituary
Mr. Barney Oliver Sr.,
age 72 passed away Sunday,
February 12, 2012 at his residence. The Tattnall County
native had lived in Collins all of his life. He was a retired
self-employed truck driver and loved to fish and piddle
around his farm. Mr. Oliver is preceded in death by his
parents, Barney and Fannie Lou Sapp Oliver and his wife,
Thelma Smith Oliver.
He is survived by his Son and daughter in law, Barney and
Heather Oliver of Collins; Daughter and son in law, Kim and
Danny Jones of Reidsville; Brothers, Carrol Oliver of Temple,
Texas, Lonnie Oliver of Oglethorpe, GA., Jerome Oliver of Collins,
GA.., Sister, Shirlene Smith of Collins, GA; Four grandchildren,
Brandon and Bailey Oliver of Collins, Austin and Blayne Jones of
Reidsville; Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation and Funeral Services
Visitation will begin at 6:00pm Tuesday, February 14, 2012 from the Reidsville
Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be private.
Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home, Reidsville Chapel
is serving the Oliver family.
