Mrs. Betty Jo Willis Franklin
age 68 of Reidsville
formerly of Cedar Crossing was carried gently home
Saturday morning June 18, 2011 by Jesus. She was
a homemaker and a member of the Reidsville Church
of God where she loved attending services. She was
preceded in death by her son, Ronnie George Williams,
her parents Jake and Myrtle Willis, her brothers, A.J. Willis,
J.F. (Bobe) Willis, J. Lee Willis, Paul Willis and Douglas
Willis; her sisters, Julie Register, Laura Pittman, Cassie
Smith and Vernie Willis.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years., Hubert Franklin of Reidsville.
Daughter, Beverly (Jamie) Young of Savannah. Grandchildren, Travis
Townsend of Townsend, Georgia, Hannah (Dustin) Daniels of Vidalia,
Brandon Mims of Hazlehurst, Heidi (Brandon) Phillips of Lyons.
Sisters, Clara Walker of Claxton, Patsy (Jerry) Newham of Jacksonville, FL.
Alice (Mickey) Ryals of Townsend, GA.; Daughter In Law, Elisabeth (Alan)
Barnard of Cedar Crossing. Brother In Law, Mickey (Cheryl) Franklin of Reidsville
59 nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews, several great great
nieces and nephews, her dear cousins, friends and Pastors, Brother and Sister
Prince and her church family also survives.
Visitation and Funeral Services
Visitation will begin at 6:00pm on Sunday, June 19, 2011 from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00pm Monday, June 20, 2011 from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home with the Reverends William Prince, Bobby Toole and Jason Ryals officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Carmel Methodist Church Cemetery.
