Billy Stancil Cloer, age 87 passed away Friday, December 11, 2015 at his residence under the care of Hospice Care of South Carolina. He was a US Navy and US Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife Joan Cloer.
Services will be announced later.
Low Country Cremation Services and Burial is serving the Cloer family.
