Dale Anderson

Dale Anderson, age 62,  passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025. Born on March 24, 1963, Dale was a lifelong resident of Reidsville. 

Dale had an esteemed career as a police officer, serving with commitment and integrity for 23 years. He rose through the ranks to retire as the Chief of Police in Reidsville, a position that exemplified his dedication to the safety and well-being of the community he cherished. 

A proud graduate of Pinewood Christian Academy, class of 1981, Dale carried the values instilled in him during his education into every aspect of his life. His love for the outdoors was evident in his hobbies, which included automobiles, hunting, fishing, and camping. Dale found joy in the quiet moments spent in nature, appreciating the beauty of the world around him.

Dale attended The Branch Church in Cobbtown and was preceded in death by his parents, Northern and Ruby Anderson and a brother, Phil Anderson.

He is survived by his daughter and son in law, Kera and Riley Gray of Ellijay and his twin sister, Gale Anderson of Reidsville.

The family will receive friends at 2:00pm on Friday, June 20, 2025 at the funeral home with the funeral service to follow at 3:00pm.

All law enforcement in attendance will serve as honorary pallbearers.
