David G. Barnes, age 74 passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Tattnall Healthcare Center. He was a native of Meridian, Mississippi, living most of his life in Chicago, Illinois before moving to Georgia five years ago. David loved to bowl and was a semi-pro bowler. He was a fun loving, outstanding person who was loved by many.
He is survived by his sister, Eleanor Pittman of Uvalda; nieces, Cindy Pittman Johnson of Reidsville and Pamela Pittman Lavender of Statesboro; nephew, Dr. Ken Pittman of Orlando, Florida.
Services will be held in Florida at a later date.
Low Country Cremation Services and Burial is serving the Barnes family.
