David Lee Pratt, age 53 passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at his residence under the care of Gentiva Hospice.
He is survived by his wife, Tina Pratt of Sylvania.
Services will be held at a later date.
Low Country Cremation Services and Burial is serving the Pratt family.
