Dustin Allen Macaulay

Dustin Allen Macaulay, born on October 20, 1989, in Ft. Stewart, Georgia, passed away at the age 36, on July 4, 2026, in Atlanta under the compassionate care of Capstone Hospice. He had lived in Claxton most of his life.

Dustin was the beloved son of Laurie Roberson and the cherished stepson of Pence Mithcell, who both survive him and will forever hold him close in their hearts. He leaves behind his sister, Stephanie Lott, and his brother, Max Roberson, whose lives were intertwined with Dustin’s through shared memories, support, and sibling bonds that time will not diminish. Dustin also formed deep and lasting friendships, including his companion, Shelby Eason, who now joins his family in honoring and remembering him.

Throughout his life, Dustin developed meaningful connections with those he encountered, shaping a legacy of friendship, love, and quiet strength. He approached life’s challenges with resilience and embodying a steadfast commitment to those he loved. His sincerity and genuine regard for others left a lasting impression, and his light will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.

To honor Dustin’s life, family and friends will gather for visitation on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Low Country Cremation & Burial. The funeral service will follow at the same location, beginning at 7:00 PM.
