Obituary
Eva May Foley Gonzalez,
age 63 passed away Thursday,
May 20, 2010 at Hospice Savannah. The Virginia native
had lived in Savannah most of her life. She worked for
Walmart for seventeen years and attended Coastal
Cathedral in Savannah. She spent many hours reading
her Bible and taking care of her chihuahuas. She is
preceded in death by her father, John Robert Foley and
her daughter, Michele Restler.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Elizabeth Foley of
Virginia. Four daughters and a son in law, Judy Podgornik,
Jewell Rankin, Joanne Oscar, Janice & Tony Eppard all of
Virginia. Two sons, Shane Restler of Texas and Craig Steven
Tirrell, Jr. of Hinesville. Sister and brother in law, Joyce and
Al Beaupre of Savannah. Brother and sister in law, Jimmy and
Winell Foley of Glennville. Ten grandchildren, three great
grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation and Funeral Services
Visitation will begin at 2:00pm Sunday, May 23, 2010 from
the Glennville Chapel.
Funeral services will follow at 3:00pm with the Rev. Jerry Knight
officiating. Interment will follow in the Beards Creek Baptist Church
Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeff Banks, Scott Tootle, Daniel
Anderson, Jason Bell, Tim Willis and Lamar Beaupre
