Franklin Cuthbert, age 62 passed away Sunday, April 26, 2015 at his residence under the care of Sanctuary Hospice.
He is survived by his mother, Florence Accord of New York; sister, Barbara Chisholm of New York.
Services will be held at a later date.
Low Country Cremation Services and Burial is serving the Cuthbert family.
