Reidsville,
Sister Gladys F. Lindsay age 88 passed away Friday March 8, 2013 at Community Hospice in Vidalia. The Tattnall County native had lived in Reidsville most of her life. She was a retired administrator from Roydon Wear. Sister Gladys was a devoted Pink Lady at Optim Healthcare and a member of the VFW Auxiliary. She was a founding member of Abundant Faith Fellowship and hosted weekly a Bible studies in her home and through Optim Healthcare. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Ola Findley; husband, Monroe Lindsay; daughter and son in law, Wilda and Bob Davis; brother, WA Findley; sisters, Azalee Perry and Mae Riner.
She is survived by her grandson, Greg and Carla Davis of Collins, great grandchildren, Kayla and Tyler Davis of Collins; Godson, Cody Clifton of Montgomery County; Sister Emily and Wilbur Cook of Collins; sister-in-law, Anne Findley of Dublin; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00pm on Sunday from the Reidsville Chapel.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00am Monday March 11, 2013 from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home with the Reverends John Price and Steve Miller officiating. Interment will follow in the Reidsville City Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ken Cook, Buddy Collins, Wade Riner, Dean Riner, Steve Riner and Eric Harmon.
