Gladys Williams Myrick, age 90 passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. The Collins native was born on September 18, 1927 to Claude and Esther Lynn Williams. She had lived in Bloomingdale for most of her life before moving back to Collins in 2006. Mrs. Gladys was of the Baptist faith and a homemaker that truly enjoyed canning her vegetables that she grew in her garden. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Brooks Myrick.

She is survived by her two sons, Terry (Audrey) Myrick of Thomson, GA. and Timothy Myrick of Reidsville; sister, Annie Mae Love of Pooler; 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00am, Friday, December 22, 2017 at Little Flock Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Chuck Jonas officiating.

Low Country Cremation and Burial is serving the Myrick family.
