Helen Elaine Neely, age 47 passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Optim Medical Center Screven. The Florida native had lived in Savannah most of her life, moving to Sylvania 25 years ago. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Monty Neely; children, Cindy Johnson, Charlotte Lockhart, Michelle Deal, Helen Maria Neely, David C. Neely, Cody Wayne Neely and Casey Neely.
Low Country Cremation Services and Burial is serving the Neely family.
