Hilda Jean Driggers Meeks

Hilda Jean Driggers Meeks, age 86 of Glennville who passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026 at Glenvue Health and Rehabilitation under the care of Community Hospice. She was born on February 22, 1940 in Reidsville, GA. to the late William Lewis and Dessie Deese Driggers. Most of Hilda's life was lived in Vidalia, GA. where she met J.D. Meeks and together they had four children, Cynthia Meeks Ziebell of Soperton, Dale Meeks and Brett Meeks both of Toombs County and Connie Hallman of Glennville. Hilda was a member of Vidalia Church of Christ for 61 years. 

Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Eva Grace Driggers Woolard of San Antonio, TX. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
