Jace Asher Moody, beloved son, brother, and grandson, entered this world on July 23, 2025, at Memorial Health Meadows Hospital. Though his time here was brief, the joy he brought to his family was immeasurable.

Jace was always sweet and easy, with a smile that could light up any room. He loved any sort of attention, and playtime of any kind would quickly bring a grin to his face. If you tickled his feet, he would pull his legs back and laugh—a precious sound his family will always remember. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Dalton Thorpe.

While his unexpected passing at home on August 14, 2025, leaves a deep ache in the hearts of those who love him, his family takes comfort in knowing that he is now cradled safely in the arms of Jesus. In this, they find hope in God’s promise of eternity—that one day, they will be reunited with their sweet boy in a place where there is no pain, only joy.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Johnathan and Diamond Moody of Reidsville; his twin brother, Weston Moody; his older brother, Johnathan Moody, Jr.; grandmothers, Ashley Moody of Ludowici and Tisha Thorpe of Reidsville; great-grandparents, Teresa and Ralph Boyer of Ludowici; and his aunt, Maria Farmer of Ludowici.

Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, August 19, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Low Country Cremation & Burial. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Rachael Harrelson officiating.

Interment will be in Reidsville City Cemetery.
