James H. Parham, Jr. age 78 passed away Friday, January 21, 2022 at Candler Hospital.  He was born in Savannah on March 29, 1943, to Mary and James Henry Parham, Sr.  He retired after 38 years as the Fire Captain of the City of Savannah.  He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman.  He was also a long time member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Savannah 1550.  He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Ray, Nancy, Jerry and Judy.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra; children, James Dean (Cathy) Parham, Brian (April) Parham, Marc (Joanie) Scarpitti and Matt (Marie) Scarpitti; grandchildren, Jordan, Vincent, Leslie, Coutney, Dylan and Hailey; great grandchildren, Marcus, Mason, Colton, Caden, Kal'len and Kali.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

Low Country Cremation and Burial is serving the Parham family.
