James "Buck" Stephen Waters

James "Buck” Waters, born on January 8, 1958 and passed peacefully on October 10, 2023. James was born and raised in Claxton, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Reginal and Mildred Waters; brother, Jerry Waters, and sisters, Jeanette Morris, Judy Deloach, and Joann Cannon.

He is survived by his brother, Wayne Waters and Sister-in-Law Karen Waters; sister, Geneva Wiggins, and Brother-in-Law Larry Wiggins.

A private memorial service will be held for the family.
