Jerroldine Hutcheson Drury "Mrs. Jerrie" age 82, passed away on October 16, 2023 at her daughter's home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 2, 1941 in Reidsville to Claude Lee and Alma Hutcheson and had lived in Collins most of her life.

After graduating from Collins High School in 1959, Jerroldine attended Draughn Business College to expand her knowledge and skills. She worked part time at the historic Lucas theater where she met the love of her life Ronald (Ronnie) Drury. After their Marriage they lived in several states as he pursued his career as an aircraft mechanic. She wanted to raise her daughters near family so the family moved back to Georgia. Miss Jerrie worked for many years as a seamstress in several factories. When Oxford of Vidalia closed, Miss Jerrie became the Biscuit Lady. With her strong work ethic and attention to detail, she began her career as Deli Manager for Jett Foods.  She was known far and wide for her handmade biscuits.  She earned awards for Best Deli Manager several consecutive years.  For many years after her retirement at age 73 former customers still recognized her as the Biscuit Lady.

Jerroldine's passion extended beyond her professional life. She led a fulfilling personal life full of joyous moments and cherished hobbies. She had a talent for crocheting and quilting, creating intricate pieces that brought warmth and beauty to her loved ones' lives. In addition to crafting, Jerroldine also pursued another one of her passions – traveling. Exploring new places allowed her to broaden her horizons while creating lasting memories. She was able to make many bucket list trips including visiting Alaska, Mount Rushmore and the Grand Canyon. She cherished sharing these momentous times with her daughters.  She loved traveling in the RV with family and her sweet little dog named Penny. Their bond brought immense joy to both of their lives and served as a testament to Jerroldine's nurturing nature.

Jerroldine will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years Ronnie, her parents and her brother, Robert (Bobby) Hutcheson.
