Mr. Jerry Wayne Canon, age 54 passed away Monday May 19, 2014 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Canon and several children including, Annette Roe.
There will be no services.
Bradley B. Anderson Funeral and Low Country Cremation Services is serving the Canon family.
