Linda Jean Inks

Linda Jean Inks, age 70, passed away Monday, May 20, 2024, at Memorial Health in Savannah under the care of Georgia Hospice Care.  She was born in Reidsville on August 22, 1953, to Donald Lee Griffin Sr. and Catherine Jane Tootle.  She had lived in Florida for many years moving to Reidsville in 2011.   Linda was a security guard for 18 years and enjoyed fishing, camping, cooking and canning.  She was a member of the Reidsville Baptist Church and is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Ronald Griffin, Donald Lee Griffin, Jr and Allen Mimbs.

She is survived by her children, Teresa Kelly (Torrey) of Kingsland and Michael Wallis of Virginia; siblings, Kathy (Victor) Hester of Woodbine, Rusty Griffin of Brunswick, Dale (Carla) Mimbs of Kingsland, Lee (Jennifer) Griffin of Atlanta, Becky (Roy) Ranew of Metter, Karen (Jim) Herndon of Kingsland, and Sam (Shannon) Griffin of Jesup; 2 granddaughters; 3 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 24, 2024, beginning at 2:00pm with the funeral services to follow at 3:00pm from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial with Dr. Charles Jonas and Rev. Jeffery Barnard officiating.  Interment will follow in the Reidsville City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Michael Anderson, Matt Beal, Jackie Sikes, Rev. Jeffery Barnard, John Koss, and Garrett Simmons.
