Margaret Lynn (Hackle) Dees

Margaret Lynn Dees, age 72 passed away Monday, January 31, 2022 at Meadows Regional Medical Center in Vidalia. She was born in Lyons on June 8, 1949 to Remer and Lena Chambers Hackle and lived there all of her life. Margaret was a long haul truck driver for over 40 years driving with her late husband James Larry Dees. When she wasn't driving over the road, she loved to go fishing. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

She is survived by her sons, Tony Pittman of Davisboro, GA., Marty (Melinda) Pittman of Uvalda and Shawn Pittman of Lyons; brothers, Jerry (Cathy) Hackle and Doc (Tammy) Hackle all of Lyons; sisters, Jennie Harden of Lyons and Lynn Gail Hammock of Richmond Hill; 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Services will be private.

Low Country Cremation and Burial is serving the Dees family.
