Milton Lewis Horn, age 74 passed away Monday, May 11, 2015 at his residence under the care of Ogeechee Area Hospice.
He is survived by his daughters, Linda Martin and Heather Shockley.
Services will be held in Lynchburg, Virginia with interment in Fort Hill Cemetery in Lynchburg, VA.
Low Country Cremation Services and Burial is serving the Horn family.
