Neftali "Tali" Rivera went to his heavenly home on Feb 22, 2016 after a long illness. Tali served in the Marine Corps for 4 years and retired in 2008 from Civil Service after working 48 years as supervisor at TMO Receiving on Parris Island. He was a member of Port Royal Baptist Church and loved singing in the choir.
Tali is survived by his wife, Peggy; children, John Raymond Rivera & wife Liz, Michael Waylon Rivera, John Jacob Severtson & wife Robin, Kristin Severtson Barnhardt, and Kelli Severtson Garber & husband Brian; Tali had 9 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren. Also surviving are 5 sisters and 3 brothers.
There will be a drop-in visitation, celebration/memorial from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Port Royal Baptist Church in the Fellowship Hall.
Low Country Cremation Services and Burial is serving the Rivera family.
