Patricia Anne Jones, age 59 passed away Thursday, November 19, 2015 at her residence surrounded by her family and under the care of Heartland Hospice. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richie Jones.
She is survived by her children, Nathan E. Johns and Catherine Johns.
Services will be held at a later date.
Low Country Cremation Services and Burial is serving the Jones family.
