Randall L. Gay, Sr.

Randall L. Gay, Sr, age 79, passed away Wednesday February 3, 2016 at the Community Hospice House in Vidalia with his family by his side.  The Toombs County native was a US Air Force Veteran and retired from the United Postal Service. He was a member of Lyons First United Methodist Church and was preceded in death by his parents, John A. Gay and Odell P. Gay; sisters, Joanne Gay and Uverlyn G. Brown and his trusted dog, Smokey.

Randall is survived by his wife, Frances K. Gay; son, Rand (Lynn) Gay; daughter, Joanne Gay (Craig) Cocke; grandson, Randy Gay; granddaughter, Jessica Cocke (Chris) Miller; great granddaughter, Chloe Parker-Gay; and a favorite nephew, Danny Penland.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
