Richard "Allen" Sheley

Mr. Richard “Allen” Sheley, age 57, passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Camellia Health and Rehab in Claxton after a battle with cancer.  Allen was born in Savannah on February 12, 1961 to Larry W. Sheley, Sr. and the late Sonja Davis.  He was a carpenter by trade.  He loved old rock and roll music (Lynard Skynard and 38 Special).  He could sing it all night long.  Allen is preceded in death by his mother; brothers, Wade Sheley, Wane Sheley, and Michael Scotty Sheley.

He is survived by his father, Larry W. Sheley, Sr. of Collins; children, Brandon, Joshua, Noah, and Levi Sheley; siblings, Ester (Tab) Wells of Brooklet, Kevin (Dawn) Lowery of Cobbtown, Rama See (Ron) McClenny of, Lawrenceville, and Jennifer (Mike) Pierce of Richmond Hill;  granddaughter, Isabella Marie Sheley; several nieces and nephws.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Low Country Cremation and Burial is serving the Sheley family.
