Rodolfo "Rudy" Rodriguez Martinez

Glennville Funeral Home announces the death of Rodolfo "Rudy" Rodriguez Martinez, age 46 of Townsend who passed away on Monday, October 23, 2023 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. He was a native of Mexico and had lived the past 24 years in McIntosh County. Rudy loved life, people and never met a stranger. He was skilled in the tree service industry and when he wasn't working, he enjoyed riding his golf cart around at Shellmans Bluff.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his son, Rodolfo Rodriguez Martinez, Jr. of Texas; daughters, Taleya Joseph and Alicia Joseph both of Darien; special friend and co-worker, Jonathan Durrence of Shellmans Bluff; also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, November 5, 2023 at Shellmans Bluff Baptist Church, 1282 Sutherland Rd. Townsend, GA. with the Reverend Harry Coursey officiating.
