Sherry Jane Bargeron Rosas

Sherry Jane Bargeron Rosas, age 64, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at the Meadows Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Born on September 25, 1961, to Bennie Carlton Bargeron and Mary Jane Bargeron, and lived most of her life in Lyons, GA. 

Sherry worked as a CNA for Toombs Nursing Home for many years, where she was well known and loved by coworkers and residents alike. Sherry was known to be a loving homemaker, very unique and genuine, and steadfast by her faith as a Baptist. She loved wrestling, spending time with her grandkids, and playing games on her phone. 

Mrs. Rosas is preceded in death by her parents, Bennie Carlton Bargeron and Mary Jane Bargeron; her brothers and sisters, Julius Bargeron, Randy Bargeron, Richard Bargeron, Bennie Carlton Bargeron, Jr., and Edith Pellier. 

She is survived by two sisters, Cynthia Lopez (Pascual Lopez-her Sugar Daddy), and Peggy Lassiter. Her Three Children, Scott Bargeron- (Katrina Bargeron) Hope Crummey (Henry Crummey), Danny Webb (Taylor Webb), eleven grandchildren, Kody Bargeron, Noah Bargeron (Katie Bargeron), Logan Bargeron (Mackenzie Thigpen), Mikayla Bargeron (Chase Cordelle), Emily Webb, Fabian Webb, Cristina Hernandez, Ricardo Hernandez, Jr., Elizabeth Webb, Cheyanne Webb, Mary Webb; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and real good friend, John Hackett. 

The family will receive friends at the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 5 p.m., with funeral services to follow at 6 p.m.
