Tana Jane Lewis

Tana J. Lewis, age 64 of Collins passed away on Monday, March 10, 2025 at Memorial Health University Medical Center after a long illness. She was born on June 23, 1960 in Austin County, Texas to Larry W. Lewis and Marion Hill Barbee. She lived in Texas for most of her life and relocated to Georgia in 2023. Tana believed in the word and that Jesus Christ is Our Savior. She was passionate about Family. She was kind and would give whatever she had to anyone if they needed help, but she was fierce when it came to protecting the ones she loved. She never met a stranger, which could be one of her finest qualities. She is preceded in death by her father and her granddaughter, Scarlett S. Miller.

She is survived by her two sons, Daniel (Tiffanie) Miller of Collins and Jacob (Katherine) Miller of Jacksonville, NC; mother, Marion Hill Barbee; siblings, Daniel Bishop and Schanda Allison and Tina Parker all of Texas; also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Texas at a later date.

Low Country Cremation and Burial has the honor to serve the Lewis family.
