Timothy Aaron Anderson, age 55, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022 after an extended illness.  He was born in Metter on September 11, 1967 and had lived in Tattnall County most of his life.  He was an engineer employed with Homewood Suites by Hilton in Savannah.  He loved his job and everyone that he worked with.  He also loved to fish and go hunting.  He enjoyed taking care of his many chickens and sharing the eggs with anyone who would take them.   He loved all of his close and extended family and especially his grandchildren and most of all his Lord and Savior.  Tim was a member of Oasis Church of God and is preceded in death by his grandparents, Bernice “Bunch” and Gladys Anderson and Lottie Powell, his father, Aaron Walter Anderson.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Carolyn A. Oliver of Collins; his children, Zain Anderson (Bonnie Floyd) of Collins, Courtney Bowlsbey (Charlie Jordan), Bethany Anderson, and Michael Bowlsbey all of Clarksville, TN; grandchildren, Trystan, Carolyn, Brysten, Addyson, Averi, Skylar, Oliver and Rhett; several aunts, uncles, many cousins; very special friend and colleague, Rick Morris of Savannah.

The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00am on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at the funeral home with Memorial funeral services to begin at 11:00am from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial with Bishop Gilbert Womack officiating.
