Walter "Skip" Wiseley

Walter “Skip” Wiseley, age 67, passed away Friday, December 27, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Savannah from a short illness.  He was born September 7, 1952 in Philadelphia, PA to Joseph G. and Violet Eckhart Wiseley.  He was reared in Florida, spent most of his adult life in Glennville and was a member of Gennville United Methodist Church. “Skip” was a retired US Army veteran and had been employed with the City of Glennville and Long County as a Code Enforcement officer. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and riding his motorcycle. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Carrie Brisley; brother, Joseph Wiseley.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Vicki Wiseley of Glennville, daughter and son in law, Stacey and Nick Tatum of Glennville; brother and sister in law, Jack and Maria Wiseley of Hollywood, FL; grandchildren, Breanna, Brennen, Brooklynn, Bella Brisley and Landry Tatum.

Private services will be held.
