1925-2015
William “Hal” Tolson, passed away at his home on December 7, 2015. Hal was preceded in death by his parents, Lamar and Cora Tolson; brother, Lamar “Swede” Tolson; sister, Frances (Richard) Swartzel; step-son, Daniel Giddings, Jr. and step-son-in-law, Colonel Tim Nelson.
Survivors include his wife, Lucy Tolson; son, Rick (Tammy) Tolson; daughter, Patti Marriott; step-children, Sherry Giddings Nelson, Paul (Tonya) Giddings; grandchildren, Blake, Ricki Lee, Brent, Bo, Brandi, Alex, Jennifer, Caley, Madison, Justin; great-grandchildren, Brayden, Jace, Triniti, Caitlyn, Maci, Maggie, Janie Lynn. Also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A celebration of life will be held at 4:00pm, December 14, 2015 at Pine Pointe Hospice Chapel, 6261 Peake Rd. Macon, GA. 31210. The family will greet friends beginning at 3:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pine Pointe Hospice.
Low Country Cremation Services and Burial is serving the Tolson family.
