Barbara Sue (Stanfield) Frost

Barbara Sue Stanfield Frost, age 73, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Meadows Regional Medical Center in Vidalia.  She was born in Reidsville on November 03, 1948 to Hazel and Sue Nell Iddins Stanfield and had lived in Tattnall County most of her life.  She had worked as a seamstress at Roydon Wear and a CNA at Glenvue Nursing Home.  She was the matriarch of the family and she enjoyed cooking, canning, fishing and crafting.  Mrs. Barbara was of the Baptist faith and is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Frost Sr. and a sister, Mealita Arnold.

She is survived by her children, Sharon (Mark) Hadden of Vidalia, John (Tiffany) Frost, Jr. of Reidsville, Kathy (Charles) Martin of Glennville, Joey (Wendy) Frost and Jamie Frost all of Reidsville; siblings, Lloyd (Rhonda) Stanfield, Darion (Teresa) Stanfield, Patricia Gail (Wayne Medlin) Arnold all of Reidsville, Cherryl (Steve) Ambrose of Glennville, Evonne (Larry) Copeland of Lyons, and Letha (Paul) Barnard of Jesup; 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 19, 2021 beginning at 6:00pm at the funeral home.  Funeral services will be conducted 11:00am Saturday, November 20, 2021 at the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial with Rev. Charles Hodges officiating.  Interment will follow in the Reidsville City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Joey Hadley, Ruben Arizmendi, Brian Frost, Jay Garcia, Benjamin Stanfield, and David DeLoach.
