Ja’Darius Derion Sharif Mclendon was born January 23, 1998, in Vidalia, Georgia, to Talicia L. Mclendon and Omar S. Mobley. He entered into eternal rest Friday, May 7, 2021.
He was a member of Sons and Daughters Worship Center. He attended School in Vidalia, Ga, at Vidalia Comprehensive High School, graduating in 2016. He was employed at Bilo/Food Lion. In his spare time, he loved hanging around his son, family and friends. He enjoyed spending quality time at the gym playing basketball as well as playing football.

Ja’Darius was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Raymond Mobley and great grandpar ents, Edgar (Square) McClendon, Alma Jean McClendon, and Elroy Miller.

He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Braylon F. Mclendon; loving mother, Talicia L. Mclendon and father, Omar S. Mobley; seven siblings, Ja’Quan Mobley, Xavier Mclendon, Destiny Gay, Nieem Mclendon, Dezaray Mclendon, Lyesha Russell, Ja’Quez Webb and Amirulia Mobley; maternal grandparents, Alecia (Byron) Jackson; paternal grandmother, Stacy Lee Hickman; loving aunts and uncles, Brandon (Tiffany) Mclendon, Shandon (Michael) Mitchell, Eric Mclendon and Whitney (Kyle) Albers; nephews, Dominique Mobley and Kaysen Russell; a special god-daughter, Nevaeh Jackson; and many special friends, Marquevias Singleton, Kelee Thomas, Wayn (Duke) Denson, Malik Lee, Shon Jones, Taj Jones, Aryon Mincey, Quatavious Channel, Michael Adams.
