Mr. Jackie Jerome Barrow, age 61, passed away Sunday, August 8, 2021 from a battle with covid.  He was born in Savannah on November 28, 1959 to Dan and Alzada Anderson Barrow and had lived in Glennville all of his life.  He was employed with Wilson Brothers as truck driver.  Jackie was a hardworking man that you could always find doing something in the outdoors.  He enjoyed fishing and especially spending time with his family.  He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert Strickland and Charles Barrow and his "Fathead", Brandon Marsh.

He is survived by his Fiancé of 14 years, Sherry Marsh of Glennville; his children, Erika Cooper, Jessica Barrow, Christopher Barrow all of Glennville, Sadye Barrow and Savannah Barrow both of St. Simons; siblings, Roger Barrow and Kathaleen Barrow both of Glennville; 8 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00pm on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at the Glennville Funeral Home with the memorial funeral services to begin at 1:00pm with Rev. Justin Gordon officiating.
