Jessie Lee Johnson

Jessie Lee Johnson son of the late Randall and Willie Johnson was born in Reidsville, GA on March 16, 1961. Jessie attended Tattnall County school system, and later in 1979 Jessie joined the National Guard. Jessie served for 3 years and later left, Jessie then started working for Anderson Pecan Company he stayed employed there for several years. Jessie thought it was time for a change so he moved to West Palm Beach, FL in 1995 where he begin to explore and started working for Steve Marlow construction company where he was employed for many years until he could work no more. Jessie resided in West Palm Beach until the time of his death. Proceeding him in death are his four brother’s James, Lonnie, Benny, and Lewis Johnson.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories four children Tomorio Johnson of Hinesville, GA, Jessie Johnson Jr of Chesapeake, VA, Satcher Smith and Jerrod Johnson of West Palm Beach, FL , fourteen Grandchildren Tomorio Johnson Jr of Hinesville, GA, Nemiah Johnson of Chicago, Valencia Johnson of Atlanta, GA, Keyshaya Johnson of Tacoma, WA, Shy’Teionna Kincaid, Si’Mya Smith, Tionnia Payton, Da’Aunyi And Davion Alicea, Jessie Johnson, Jerrod Johnson Jr, Galilea, Angelina, and Valentina Escobar all of West Palm Beach, FL, A great granddaughter Amoura Jones of West Palm Beach, FL, two sisters Bertha Smith(James Smith) of Atlanta, GA, and Marylee Guest( Robert Guest) of Reidsville, GA, one brother CJ Johnson of Reidsville, GA, a special long time friend Pamela Smith of West Palm Beach, FL, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation is scheduled for Friday, July 8, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the chapel of Low Country Cremation & Burial.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, July 9, 2022 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Low Country Cremation & Burial with Rev. Dr. Artis Carswell officiating.

Pallbearers will be Tomorio Johnson, Romaine Smith, Jerrod Johnson, LaQuincy Smith, Remington Williams, and Marcus Johnson

Interment will follow at Ogden Mill Cemetery.

Low Country Cremation & Burial is serving the Johnson family during this time of bereavement.
