Mealita Tess Arnold

Mealita Tess Arnold, age 59, passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at her residence.  The lifelong resident of Tattnall County was a homemaker.  Her children have fond memories of what an amazing mother she was.  Mealita was definitely a people person; everyone she met she loved, and they loved her back.  Her loving nature led her to put her trust in everyone she met.  Her enduring qualities of faith, hope, and love will never die in the hearts of her family and friends.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Williard Arnold and her parents, Hazel and Sue Nell Stanfield.

Left to cherish the memories of a life well lived are her two children, Jason Littleton of Twin City and Jamie Collins of Reidsville; two brothers, Lloyd (Rhonda) Stanfield and Darion (Teresa) Stanfield both of Reidsville; five sisters, Barbara Frost of Reidsville, Patricia Gail (Wayne Medlin) Arnold of Reidsville, Cherryl (Steve) Ambrose of Glennville, Evonne (Larry) Copeland of Lyons, and Letha (Paul) Barnard of Jesup; seven grandchildren, Amber K. Collins, Joshua Collins, Emril Littleton, Savannah Littleton, Joseph Littleton, Keilee Littleton, and Adrian Littleton; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive.

Memorial services are scheduled for Friday, October 30, 2020 beginning at 4:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Low Country Cremation & Burial in Reidsville with Rev. Charles Hodges officiating.

Interment will be private.
