Michael J. Woods

Michael J. Woods, 68 years old, passed away on October 26, 2021 in Savannah at Memorial Health University Hospital after an extended illness.  He is preceded in death by his Uncle Burnice and Aunt Fronie Woods.

He is survived by his wife, Terry Lynn Cox Woods, son, Michael Scott Woods, step-daughters, Tina (Gerred) Kerby and Tori (Chris) Mikell, mother, Pearl Griner, 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and mother of his son, Patricia Woods.

There will be a visitation beginning at 11:00 am on Saturday,  October 30, 2021 at the First Baptist Church of Port Wentworth.  A memorial service will follow at 12:00 pm with Pastor Paul Mongin officiating.
