Paul Anthony Garrish

Paul Anthony Garrish, age 36, passed away on November 13, 2020 at his home.  He was born in Georgia and lived most of his life in the Bloomingdale area.   Everyone that knew him would recall his drive and determination.  No matter what the task was, if he set his mind to it, he would master it.  That ambitious determination is most likely what led him to be successful in his career; he worked with Mock Plumbing and Electrical.  Paul was always seeking ways to bring joy to others, always the first to offer a helping hand or word of encouragement.  Perhaps this is why he loved to grill so much.  The foods he would grill would always bring delight to those around him.  Other hobbies included visiting amusement parks and riding the thrill rides.  Of everything in his life though his greatest delight was spending time with and loving on his son, Kayden.  Paul was a person who had a charisma that made you instantly like him and want to be friends with him; a truly genuine person, he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Left to cherish Paul’s memory are his significant other, Jennifer Watkins and her two daughters Layla Cox, and Rhiannon Davidson; a son, Kayden Anthony Garrish; a daughter, Alisah Lyn; his parents, Mitchell and Pam Garrish; four sisters, Tonya Caudillo, Amanda (Jaime) Hernandez, Ashley Dixon, and Aliyah “Munday” Garrish; several aunts and uncles; seven beloved nieces and nephews and numerous friends also survive.

A Celebration of Paul’s life will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2020 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at New Hope Christian Church, 2550 Courthouse Road Guyton GA 31312.  Paul was always known to wear a plain white t-shirt on most days.  In keeping with his style, the family would be honored if attendees would wear white in memory of Paul.  Services will conclude at the church.
