Robbie attended Tattnall-Evans Training Center of Manassas from early 1985 until his departure of the current location in Glennville, GA.  It is here that Robbie would obtain the nickname of T-Boy.  He loved attending school.  The staff and his classmates gave him a joy like no other.

He was preceded in death by both parents, David J. Blount Sr. and Tearessie Blount; 2 brothers, Thomas J. Blount, Sr and Alvin Lee Blount.
