Stafford Ellis Stelly, age 56, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his family and under the care of Community Hospice.  He was born in Opelousas, Louisiana on August 1, 1964 to Frank and Jeanette Stelly.  He had lived many years in Louisiana before moving to Glennville several years ago.  He was a painter and loved to ride motorcycles, fish and hunt.  Stafford was a member of Church of Christ in Hazlehurst and is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jerry J. Stelly, Jimmy E. Stelly and Perry L. Stelly.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy Yearta Stelly of Glennville; children, Will Worley of Poteau, OK, Nina Kimble of Opelousas, LA and Kristina Boutle of Houston, TX; step daughter, Ashlei Yearta of Glennville; siblings, Johnny (Jeanette) Stelly of Port Barre, LA, Terry (JoAnn) Stelly of Church Point, LA, Frank (Lynette) Angelle of Opelousas, LA, Sue Charles of Port Barre, LA, and David (Theresa) Stelly of Crowley, LA; 11 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00pm on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 with the funeral services to follow at 3:00pm from the Chapel of Glennville Funeral Home.
